Very big corner room. Comfortable bed. Very clean room. Hot water takes a while to heat up but it's still ok. The towel shelf and closet hangers are too high for short people. Closet is too small and only has 4 hangers. Not enough hooks for hanging the towels.

Staff was amazing from check in to check out. Location was perfect for seeing a show across the street at the Philips center. Room was roomy and decor was fun.

We loved our stay at Aloft Downtown Orlando. We were there one night to see a show at the Dr. Philip’s Center and the hotel was right across the street! The staff was amazing. They were all very friendly and even upgraded our room to a suite when we arrived at no extra cost just so we could have more room. Would not stay anywhere else the next time we are in town.

我最不满的是没有停车位，基本上只能一直用代客泊车，而且还要付费。如果酒店没有停车位，就不要收取代客泊车费用。
