The front desk was so nice and very welcoming. The bartender was really nice. The hotel was in great condition. Our room was fabulous.

Comfortable, large room. Doesn’t have sit down breakfast restaurant, but breakfast items can be ordered including hot options. Very convenient for the event we attended

Not what I expected
The room smells like cats pee, the pillows are as big as a sofa pillow and smelled like bed head, not enough towels toilet paper amenities as they call them, Only human experience was with Natalya who was professional and nice.

We stayed one night for a concert. Very close to Kia Center. Everything was great. Staff, location, cleanliness. Overall a very nice place to stay. Nice rate also. The room was gigantic!!!

离起亚中心非常近。酒店只提供代客泊车服务，附近没有其他停车场。总的来说，干净且方便。
房间宽敞，有很多休息区，员工也很友好。空调有时很冷，但房间里偶尔也会暖和起来。酒吧很方便，但选择不多。
我最不满的是没有停车位，基本上只能一直用代客泊车，而且还要付费。如果酒店没有停车位，就不要收取代客泊车费用。
我完全没有理由相信“我的住宿”会如此，因为酒店当天取消了我的预订，我不得不在最后一刻为我和我的家人在其他地方预订房间。
