This hotel was excellent and a major upgrade from the hotel that I orignally booked for Delhi. I had to leave that hotel immediately. The serve was incredible and the buffet breakfast was one of the nest id ever had. It has a relaxing rooftop terrace with a pool. I spent some time up there quietly reading when I arrived. The price was also reasonable at ~$75 CAD per night. The reason I rated this hotel a 3 and not a 5 is due to the loud almost deafening sound of music in the wee hours of the morning. It seemed like someone in a nearby room was having a party and I called the front desk more than once. The music would stop for a bit and then restart. It subverted what was otherwise an excellent experience. They gave me a cafe latte for the road as consolation.

My experience at Park Plaza was excellent. The entire staff is courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful at every step. Their warm hospitality and attention to guest comfort made the stay truly pleasant and memorable. Highly recommended.

Had a very comfortable and pleasant stay at this hotel. The location is convenient, rooms are clean, and overall maintenance is well taken care of. The ambience is calm and makes it easy to relax after a long day of travel. What really stood out was the service. The staff was polite, responsive, and always willing to help. A special mention to Nikhil, who was excellent at his service — attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout the stay. He made sure everything was smooth and addressed requests promptly, which really improved the overall experience.

Nilkhil was amazing. he was amazing in hospitality took care of us the entire stay. Apart from it Hotel’s services are also quick and good.

5/5. Loved every moment if stay. Nikhil and Deepak ensured a comfortable stay. Superb. Perfect location, good food, warm staff. Don’t think twice just book it, you wont regret it. Stone away from major spots…. Will come back and stay here again
