服务:很差很失望!!办理入住的时候还好,在check out环节,check in那一队有一位客人在和前台吵架,大堂经理站在一旁看戏,导致办理Check in 的客人不断插队到我们check out这队办理check in,并没有工作人员维持秩序。插队的人甚至和前台聊了起来,聊了将近二十分钟。这时好不容易又出来一名前台,却直接走向另一名刚刚推箱子出来的白男。最后我们失去耐心!!!整个check out 环节大概持续了半小时,直到我们发火前台才来为我们办理check out。

非常好的酒店。设施齐全,干净卫生。拖鞋,烧水壶都有。楼道内还有烧水箱提供喝的饮用热水。选择不打扫卫生返15欧可抵扣吃饭,坐车。浴巾每人两大条。每天有去市中心、樊蒂冈博物馆、菲乌米奇诺机场的班车。由于威尼斯广场在修,班车市中心停在多利亚潘菲理美术馆旁边,距万神庙、圣依纳爵堂非常近几分钟路程。在罗马Uber打车也快。早餐非常丰盛,晚餐有自助餐厅,点菜餐厅(餐烧的好)。
酒店很大,房间卫生却一塌糊涂,地板上粘粘的。明明订的是尊贵房,前台莫名其妙给到无障碍客房。因为入住放下行李后把房间的开关桌椅把手全部用酒精消毒湿巾擦过一遍后才发现的,懒得再去跟前台理论,要求换房。但是感受极差。
环境很好很安静 打车到市区大概20欧左右可以直接让前台帮忙叫taxi 也可以选择坐公交就在酒店门口不远的地方 早餐挺丰富的 是很好的度假选择~
定这家酒店首先考虑到是它的位置,在机场与市区之间,这样打车的路线就比较合理。入住后 发现有许多游览项目的推荐 教堂音乐剧啊 高尔夫车游览 这些,对于不怎么做攻略的人来讲太方便了。最后要夸一下洗衣服务,它除了一般按单件计算的洗衣价格外 还以一个家庭洗衣package,好像是15欧/KG,然后因为我们是夏天去的,T和袜子这些小件也不重,我洗了3件T和5双袜子,之后才收了12欧的样子,每件都包的香香的像新衣服,旅行箱不臭太美好了。
总的来说,这次酒店入住体验还挺不错的。套餐里包含的餐食很充足,酒店的酒吧也相当出色。前台工作人员可以再多一点笑容,不过帮我们办理退房的那位女士非常友善,笑容甜美,服务也很好。房间也打扫得很干净。唯一真正的不足就是酒店离市中心有点太远了,而且穿梭巴士的座位也相当有限。
房型超级好,配置属于五星级标准了,房间很大,室内配置也很高级。
特别要点赞的是前台服务,在办理入住时刷担保金时出示了火影的Visa卡,前台也是火影影迷,马上和他同事分享,并且多送了2份饮料~
一路的温暖美好,下次来再住!
我非常喜欢这家酒店。它远离喧嚣的游客人群,酒店很大,也很舒适,早餐种类丰富,非常美味。不过,住在这里有车会方便很多。

酒店buffet晚餐很丰富也不贵 早餐正常一般般
离市中心20-30分钟车程 打车35-40欧左右 那个摆渡车有出发时间点和人数限制我们一般不会那么巧能做得上
我觉得还是住市里比较合适 但酒店是不错的
郊区的度假村酒店,周边环境安静美好。
很新,很干净,staff很友好,主动提供帮助
因为酒店离市区比较远,巴士班次又不够多,
酒店提供shuttle去梵蒂冈和罗马市中心,每人每次5欧,去机场每人每次15欧,但每趟只有8座,要提前预约。约不上一般还得打车。住郊区省下的住宿费都用来打车了
早饭丰富,好评。
