Very nice accommodation, very clean and comfortable. The apartment is well equipped. The manager was extremely friendly and accommodating – highly recommended!

We really enjoyed the great location at Cleveland Residences. The apartments are very nice and confortable. Everything was clean and the staff were really nice, too.

Cleveland Residence Paddington, London was fantastic for a family trip. The apartment had two bedrooms and a sofa bed, (all very comfortable), as well as a kitchenette. The apartment was clean, and had everything we needed for a five night stay. The bathroom was equipped with the basics and was also clean and spacious, with a good shower. The walk to the accommodation from Paddington station was about 15 minutes, and a fairly easy walk. The location is in an area with lots of nice places to eat, drink and socialise, including the local pub, the Cleveland Arms. There is a mini supermarket next door to the pub also, for basics such as tea, coffee, milk etc. Hyde park is nearby, as well as other attractions which were an easy tube ride away. The staff were fantastic - communicative, personable and accommodating to our group. Overall, I would highly recommend Cleveland Residences for a lovely stay in London.

Like most London accommodations, the basic room we rented was small. However, we have been to London so many times that we knew this was the norm. In fact, the location is excellent: walking distance to Queensway (the local high street) in Bayswater and easy access to Paddington Station. The room is not ideal if you intend to spend a lot of hours there but who goes to London to stay indoors? We found it to be perfect for us. Spotlessly clean with a firm, comfortable bed. The concierge was very helpful and let us in far earlier than we expected. The residence is in a good neighborhood with many excellent pubs and restaurants. It's also a ten minute walk to beautiful Hyde Park. Highly recommended.
