I never checked in but someone on staff checked me in. The policy states that if you aren’t able to make it they will charge you for 1 day. This wasn’t the case the charged me for the entire stay and stated the room is here if you show up. I called the day of my trip to inform them that I wasn’t going to be able to make it but no one answered or called me back. When I finally got in contact with them they refused to refund me the money and even charged me a deposit for my stay (I never checked in). Please look else where because this place will take your money and refuse to refund it. STAY AWAY FROM THEM!!!!!!

had a very disappointing experience at Suburban Studios in Orlando. The room was filthy, and I encountered roaches, which made my stay extremely uncomfortable. The overall cleanliness was unacceptable and not what I expected. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean and comfortable stay.

Room, staff, ammenities! You name it, was the absolute worst place i have ever stayed in! Room was filthy, i had to get cleaning supplies and clean it myself before i could even sit anything down in the room. Staff refused me the wifi password.

I love Lil Boosie, but I didn't like to hear him all night from the next room. It was from midnight through 4:45 am nonstop. All I can say is Lil Boosie has a super fan in Ococee.

Felt rundown and poorly maintained. staff wasn’t particularly friendly and room felt shabby, sticky and with an odor. I won’t be back.

We found roaches in the room the floor was unswept there was something jammed in the outlet service was po or I had to ask for towels multiple times barely any of the staff spoke English

Room were ok but roaches are everywhere, hallways smells like smoke and people are smoking everywhere,and when you try to drive through there people playing soccer ball in the parking lots plus when you try to get to your room you will be lucky if your room keys work: my whole 2 nights over there wasn’t great.
