No one brought me tissue, towels, or anything to my room. Had to pay $16.50 a day to stay there and I wasn’t informed. 1:45am noise on a Sunday morning so I checked out a day earlier Sunday at 9:30am. On thing was ok was the shopping. Front desk staff was nice and the room was not like on line.

I love the fact that it was pet friendly, I was able to bring my puppy and my mom with having the accessible option, we had room for everyone the room provided dishes a full fridge microwave and dishwasher, very comfortable and affordable, will book again.

Absolutely loved this hotel the amenities and hospitality was wonderful Really enjoyed the fire place outside! If we ever make a trip back to Wisconsin dells we would definitely choose this hotel again!

We were hit with a “resort fee” that was not listed on the ******* details and not included in our rate. We also requested a bathtub and were told that we would have one and we didn’t.
The breakfast was not edible
If I had known of the “resort fee” I would not have chosen to book this location

很棒的酒店，房间现代又宽敞。特大号工作室套房设施齐全，如果需要，可以自己做饭。浴室很现代化，床也超级舒服。
泳池和热水浴缸区很棒。早餐不错，工作人员也很乐于助人。
我们通过第三方预订网站Trips.com预订的，当时觉得价格最划算。但他们没有提到酒店每天要收一笔度假村费用，而且不包含在我们预付的费用里。信用卡需要预授权50美元作为杂费（网站上写明了，如果没有额外消费就会退还）。我很喜欢这家酒店，只是希望预订网站能标明这些额外的费用，因为我们已经预付了，到店时才发现这些费用，有点意外。
我们住的是大床套房。房间和图片上看起来一模一样。所有设施都和描述的一样。厨房有炉灶、微波炉、水槽、带制冰机的大冰箱（制冰速度挺快）、咖啡机，橱柜里餐具也很干净。房间干净舒适。绝对推荐！
这里是祖父母和家人一起游览戴尔斯时的完美住宿地点。安静、干净又舒适。
