Hotel is in a perfect location for walking to Broadway, Printers Alley, and Arcade Alley. All of the staff provided a superior stay for us. Everyone was super friendly and helpful. Since this was our first trip to Nashville, they provided great recommendations for sites to see and places that were a must to go to. We will be staying here again on our next trip to Nashville.
I would give the whole stay 4 1/4 stars only because the refrigerator in the room was not working properly and we couldn't regulate the temperature in the room.

Enjoyed our stay! Room was very nice and well stocked with amenities. Staff was courteous and attentive and the location in downtown Nashville was perfect!

My husband and I liked that it was within walking distance of Broadway. However, one day we knew the room was NOT cleaned because the staff did not give us new towels and toilet paper. When we asked why, the answer was that I must have had a do-not-disturb sign on, which I did not, and to top it off, we were charged an additional $30 a night for a Facility Fee plus tax, which came out to an extra $105 for staying there. This fee covered two bottles of water a day and discounts on shows if we booked through them. We will not stay there again unless they get rid of this fee. Not happy at all.

Room is a bit smaller. But it's a boutique very nice centrally located area in Nashville. Close for walking to many attractions and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Clean room, excellent decor for Nashville area, great location for walking to everywhere we wanted to go
