Hotel was convenient as we were in town for a funeral. Check in was easy and all staff were friendly and helpful and the price was good. The room was comfortable but there was mold in the shower grout. The breakfast was fine for us but all of the seating benches are cracked and worn. We will most likely stay there again when we are in the area visiting family

After checking my cc account, I noticed they more than doubled charged me. Two weeks later, I am still waiting for my refund.

The room looked nothing like the pictures on the website. there were 2 beds and a pull out couch, but the layout was not at all like or as spacious as the pictures showed. The room looked like it had been reconfigured, so the beds and couch were smashed into a tight space, and there was open, unused room at the other end. The beds did not even fit on the bases.
The beds were uncomfortable. I realize a pull out couch is what it is, but this one was beyond uncomfortable, with a thin lumpy mattress that had stains on it. There was no bedding for the pull out, and when I called the front desk I was told to come get them myself.
I booked the room for 2 adults and 2 children, but there was only 3 sets of towels. I again had to go to the front desk to get more.
The overall experience was very poor. I would never stay at this hotel again and will not recommend it to anyone I know. I paid extra for a suite, but feel I got a lower quality room than a standard room at any other hotel.

Room was nice for the price. Conveniently located near interstate 380. Breakfast had a nice variety

酒店不错，但早餐有待改进，暖气片也很吵。
