From 1am to 5am the room next to us was screaming slapping each other and hitting the wall. Not sure what they were doing but we had no sleep. I’m requesting a refund. Who ever was in the room was partying very disrespectful and disturbing

I was a little disappointed because your description of the property was on the beach, and it’s not, close like across the street but NOT on The Beach! Other then that it was Great Breakfast and Beautiful scenery and right across from the room was the beach, so Pretty!

定了好几次了，房间很大，早饭也还不错，离海岸线很近，晚上可以听到浪的声音，旅游旺季可能价格上涨，总体来说还可以啦
员工非常热情周到，乐于助人。地理位置优越。
我们很喜欢这家酒店，真的物超所值。我们周日到周三入住，他们免费帮我们升级到了半海景房。说实话，海景真的很美，我以为只是个小景，得转过头才能看到，结果发现，我们从床上就能看到清澈的大海。早餐很棒，完全符合贝斯特韦斯特酒店的预期。不过，他们二楼有座位，可以欣赏到美丽的海景，而且几乎没有人，所以真的很安静。我们强烈推荐这家酒店，如果下次再来这里，一定会再来的。
地理位置优越，位于海滩对面，靠近其他区域活动中心。房间干净，工作人员非常友好且乐于助人！
早餐
早餐可以做得更好，咖啡不错，果汁不太好，前台女士非常非常友好，但负责的男士不太友好，需要提高一下服务态度
房间干净舒适，水景优美。太平洋海岸公路的交通噪音还不错，工作人员也很棒。我肯定会再次入住。
