Room was clean, beds were very comfortable, door to gym wasn’t working and front desk said the door lock must need a new battery, but they didn’t have anyone working maintenance to fix it. So he told us we must have housekeeping let us in (the laundry room was in the gym and we wanted to wash some clothes from our long trip). There wasn’t anyone around to open the door so we had to forego the washing. A little disappointing. Other then that, it was an overall good stay.

super loud all night long next to the FWY. Hotel is getting old and needs to be remodeled. Floors/carpet/elevators are in poor shape

Cleaning staff were always busy. Having breakfast in house made a great start to everyday. I always felt safe.

Comfortable stay
We were put in a room facing the freeway. We called the front desk and they were able to quickly move us. Hotel was clean, a couple surfaces in the room were not wiped down but the linens and towels were fresh and clean. Breakfast had a good selection of items. Staff were all friendly. Overall a very comfortable stay!

Room was clean, spacious, and bed was comfortable. Towels were thick. Big spread for breakfast. Close access to freeway.
