Front desk staff was professional, friendly & helpful. Our room was exceptionally clean. The only negative comment about Best Western is there are no elevators to get to second floor. If you don't do well on steps, request the 1st floor.
The breakfast was good, as well.

The smell of cleaning chemicals was so intense, we had to leave the door open. No windows either, there’s corn hook which is great but rather loud & joining rooms which was not something we expected. However, the strong chemical smell is really only notable issue.

Room was very clean. The staff was friendly, helpful & extremely polite. Parking was good & location of BW was only a couple minutes drive from National Park. The only thing I would change next time would be requesting bottom floor. Second floor is rough on old folks knees.

The room was clean. The breakfast was good with plenty of choices. The staff were all very friendly. It is walking distance to the festival event grounds.

Owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. Townsend is a great quiet alternative to the overdeveloped area surrounding gatlinburg.

No pool, no hot tub and not much of a bathtub. Would not drain. Not shower or bath. The tub was so slick we had to stand on a towelto keep from falling. Horrible. Went afew mile to PF and stayed Hilton cheaper.

We enjoyed our stay. It was clean and convenient to everything. The property needs an update but it was a nice as you can make a 40 year old hotel without major upgrades. Best western has recently removed coffee pots from rooms. That stinks! The breakfast area had good food and coffee starting at 7.

Biking Cades Cove
From checking in to checking out, hotel staff were courteous. I felt safe since the room entrance was outside instead of within the hotel. Nice breakfast with hot and cold food selections. Hotel is within a 45 minute drive to the Smokey Mountains entrance. I would stay here again.
