We had a better experience with our room during our second stay. The lighting in this room was brighter and we moved a lamp to add lighting to the entry and closet. My husband would still not use the pool and hot tub because there were a bunch of people there.

Well we needed a last minute place to stay. When we arrived and the entry way smelled musty. Then we walked in our room and even our kids were grossed out by the smell of our room. We got there late so it wasn’t worth trying to change hotels. The sheets seemed clean but the moldy smell in the room was less than ideal.
The bathroom was the cleanest area and it had leftover, what looked like coffee stains, on the counter and tissue box from someone spilling it.
One of our daughters found “ treasures” around the bed.
We went there because the kids wanted to swim the next morning and they had a hot tub. We didn't allow them to swim because we were unsure of the upkeep of the pool.
We daringly went down to the breakfast to find it wasn’t stocked and it was just cheap processed food out a carton or box and the floor was sticky. So we packed up and went to First Watch (They get a 10/10).
We will never be back to a Best Western again.

Everything was great—Lynne at the front desk was very friendly. The room was comfortable and clean. I love that Best Western keeps the bathtub option—so many hotels only have showers. Everyone should have a choice (I can’t imagine families with little ones having only a shower)…Food was great (breakfast buffet included in price)…hot tub was relaxing…I cannot complain!

The free breakfast is not that great. The staffs are fine, the indoor pool is okay and the area convenience is fine and walkable.

This place was a dump. Smelled of smoke in the halls and elevator. Our room was dark and dingy. The toilet wouldn’t flush. The beds were very uncomfortable.

The lady at the front desk was very helpful with suggestions about where to have dinner. The room was okay, but the lighting was poor. Most lightbulbs were not bright enough for us to see and work effectively. The inn did not provide an office chair with rollers in our room - something my husband needs. The inn did serve a pretty good breakfast.

Lynn at the front desk was excellent, letting us know of all the facilities we could enjoy while staying. The room was comfortable and very clean. We highly recommend staying at this Best Western!

Honestly was a perfectly fine stay. I was there for two nights. Only issue was in my particular room, it smelled a bit off when I first got there. Almost mildew-ish. I didn't think much of it, just thought it's an old building. Well turns out the AC unit was leaking into the room and getting water all over the floor. Didn't notice until I was packing to leave after my second night. I'm assuming that's what was causing the smell. Told the front desk as we left and they were nice about it. That's all! Otherwise, breakfast was good for it being a hotel and included in the stay, staff was nice and respectful, guests were good to be around.
