The location was nice. We were close to the Garden District and French Quarter. The decor in the lobby and room were nice and the bed was comfortable. Staff was nice and friendly. However, it was super noisy. We could hear the trolly very loudly outside and the people next to us. We could hear full blown conversations, baby crying at 2am, even people sneezing next door. Stayed at a lot of different place throughout the country over the years and this by far the worst sound proofing.

位置很便利，员工很友好，还有免费停车。安保方面需要改进。通往停车场的通道门是开着的，后门的入口也很容易进去。
从入住到退房，所有员工都非常出色。房间很漂亮，也很干净。所有需要的用品一应俱全。我会给最高评价，下次还会再来，地理位置也很好。
入住手续办理得很顺利。然而，一进房间我就发现里面是两张标准双人床，而不是房源信息和预订页面上显示的加大双人床。然后，浴室里的毛巾架一碰就断了，直接从洗手池前面掉了下来。浴缸里还残留着不少头发。最后，我们被告知可以中午12点退房，结果第二天早上又打电话来说必须11点半退房。我知道只差30分钟，但这差别还是很大的。
我不喜欢这里，因为电梯坏了。这对我丈夫和我来说非常不方便。房间里的地毯又脏又臭。浴室里挂着蚊帐，卧室里爬满了虫子，马桶堵塞了，冲水也不畅，楼下浴室没有肥皂，而且你用完洗手间后，只能去大厅洗手。停车位也不够，到处都堆满了东西，非常拥挤。真是太荒谬了。
