It is not far away from downtown if you use your car or rideshare apps. But I like to avoid the walking in the night from downtown.
Breakfast are not hotel grade. They use paper plates and plastic cutleries. Only omlet fits my taste.
It is good if you are student or big family who need to save money. If you are on bussiness trip, you should ask your employer to pay more.
