So clean and quiet. Comfy bed. Nice breakfast. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. This was a return trip. Will be back.

Manager came at us like you only put 1 kid on the reservation and i said my other is a infant didnt know rhat counted but made me pay 10 extra dollars just for my baby to swim or we were gonna be kicked out

酒店回复: You were charged for all the extra people that you brought to swim that were not listed on your reservation. The pool is only for registered guests and not for the general public.

Tired & dated but clean
We stayed overnight passing through on a longer road trip. We wouldn't choose this property again. Super dated & worn out. Lampshades in our room torn. Elevator barely able to move to 3rd floor & without inspection certificate. Typical breakfast, with several items recycled from days prior. There are other choices in town. Make one of those.

酒店回复: We have replaced the lampshade in the room you occupied with a brand new one. The elevator has been inspected and is working properly now and our inspection certificate has been mounted on the wall next to the elevator on the 1st floor since the hotel opened its doors as it is legally required. We replace the certificate every year in the frame after every yearly inspection. we will do our best to improve on breakfast, but we don't recycle past food as to why I'm wondering why you would say that seeing as though you only stayed one night and ate breakfast only once at checkout.

Tremendously kind staff and a great property for a traveling family. I was able to get a workout in while the kids played in the pool as I was able to keep an eye on them with the window in between. The hotel was really very nice and the rooms were very spacious. Loved the diverse options for breakfast, but I loved that Nescafé machine in the lobby the most! The young gentleman I met at check-in was so friendly and accommodating, even helping us out with some paper plates for our pizza dinner. The older gentleman we met at checkout was equally kind. Couldn’t have asked for a better stay for my little group of kids for this trip. Can’t recommend enough for traveling families.

We weren't told that breakfast was only served until 9 am and we were locked out 9:03. Other restaurants tell you their breakfast times when you check in. 9:00 is too really anyway to close.

酒店回复: There is a big sign right outside the Breakfast Room that states the hours that breakfast will be served from 6:00 A.M. to 9:00 A.M. Every Hotel has their own breakfast hours that they implement, and these hours fit our hotel the best seeing as though most of our guests are working in the oil field and leave bright and early for work in the morning on a daily basis.

The rooms was very nice. Lots of space very clean, but they're continental breakfast. It's probably one of the worst water down gravy and apparently they don't put out much of anything. There was hardly anything we get left. When we come down for breakfast. Sad thing is the hotel wasn't busy at all.There was only like five cars in the parking lot.
