Staff was great. Heater in the room kept me awake all night. Started and stopped every five minutes. No way to switch it.

The hotel itself is really fine. My only reason to drop a star is having someone above us who literally stomped back and forth over us until midnight and was up at it at 6 am. If you choose to stay here ask for an upper room. Kudos to Jasmine at check in. She deserves a raise!

Needs improvements
Everything was ok besides the bathroom. Floor was sticky, tub was clogged and spout was working correctly when you changed for shower head . I went to ask front desk for maintenance and no one on site and she was clueless on how to assist .

Last minute check in
Water main broke in our neighborhood so we needed to stay somewhere very last minute. Front staff were surprisingly very polite and helpful. I didn’t catch her name but she did a great job.
我的第一印象糟透了。前台接待员衣着邋遢，完全没有贝斯特韦斯特酒店的风范。房间的浴室里到处都是头发，马桶也很脏。因为有客人走来走去，天黑后我都待在房间里。最后我提前一天离开了，另找了一家酒店。
第一个房间空调坏了。换到第二个房间，结果还是一样，害得我一夜没睡好，第二天上班也感觉糟透了。如果你喜欢不开空调睡觉，那应该没问题。但我受不了。以后不会再来了。
我不喜欢这栋建筑与镇上其他地方隔绝开来。
他们对吵闹的人不采取任何措施，床很糟糕，感觉像睡在石头上，而且游泳池很脏。
