We did not try the breakfast but the room was clean and spacious. Only complaint was checkin could have been more accommodating. I reserved online and even called to inquire prior to completing reservations, however was never advised that when I got there I’d have to pay an additional fee. I feel this is something that should be explained when you call for specifics. Other than that the stay was good.

There were two different women that I saw go in the room next door but 95% of my two day stay, one or both of them sat outside in front of their room and smoked, talked, and/or talked on their phone on speaker phone. To say they were trashy looking would be a compliment. This went on until about 0400 both mornings that I was there. I did see two males at two different times standing outside and talking to them for several hours both nights. They were well aware that I was staying in the room next to them but had no consideration for me being there. I worked 12 hour days both days and needed to get sleep but they still stayed outside the room the entire time. The room was clean but several things were broken and the tile floor was sticky. I will not stay at a Quality Inn again and will definitely never recommend it.

Hotel was clean. The bed was comfortable and the room was OK. A train runs right by the hotel and is very loud if it was just once a day I wouldn’t complain, but the train is frequent since it’s near the port. I was very upset that I was charged a deposit upon check-in. I use choice hotels all the time and there is no reason for deposit in this hotel. I was also not made aware of it before I booked it.

We reserved a non smoking room the room they gave us reacked of cigarette smoke. The sheets appeared to not be fresh there was hair on sheets and pillow cases , the comforter was stained, the restroom smelled unclean.

I had to bang on the door to check-in, I rang the doorbell several times. I could see the worker on her phone in the lobby. The toilet leaked and the hair dryer did not work. The bed spread had cigarette burns all over, we were in a non smoking room. The pictures did not match the room.

this place had hidden charges not associated with the website and overall staff was horrible 100 dollar unlisted charge with 75 dollar charge on your card plus the room and the charge me for it even though I canceled in person after be notified at the front desk by a horrible staff and unclean lobby wound give 0 stars if i could please avoid at all cost they are scamming you out of your money
