We have just returned from a 5 night stay over new year with a group of 16 friends and children. Unfortunately the hotel is not buggy friendly at all. We were situated on the 3rd house. There were only escalators that went up not down which meant carrying a buggy down the flights of stairs. The hotel is a ski in and out but this wasn’t a great slope to ski out of for beginners as this was a busy fast blue run. Plus the walk back into the entrance for the ski in was up the slope! Which with children was not ideal if you were down in the town. I understand your meant to ski in from the slope but again with children or if you was in the town you would have to walk in through the front of hotel which wasn’t easily accessible either. The rooms were cleaned daily and were fine. We had a two bedroom apartment as there was 5 of us (2 adults & 3 children) this was spacious and great layout for us. Rooms are dated slightly but are fine for what you need it for. I’d recommend if English bringing a fire stick or something if you want some English channels on the TV. The hotel restaurants are nice great staff and food!

Attended with a group of friends for the new year with children aged 1-11. My family has children aged 1&6 and we were located on the 5th house. Meaning we had to take a buggy up and down 5 flights of stairs each day ( escalators only going up) also on arrival we had no cot in the room as request and had to be chased. The SKI in ski out was on the 8th floor which wasn't great for beginners as you came straight out onto a very busy blue run. The two restaurants in the hotel and great with lovely staff and well priced. We ate in the one on the 3rd floor twice ! Rooms are clean and spacious for a family. Reception isn't opening till 8am which isn't helpful with an early morning or late check out as there is no staff to help bring luggage down. Bar staff are ok in the lobby. I would not recommend this hotel for families or beginners.

Nice place, location almost perfect, 20 mtr walk to pist. Has Slavi ski school inside, nice teachers. But totally not safe. Fire precautions below zero. There were no fire/smoke detectors in rooms. No fire extinguishers at corridors. Most importantly no fire escape. No chance to leave through balconies as its 8 stories. In the room all walls are plasterboard. Outside building covered with wood. Only electric portable heaters in rooms and eventually very high risk of fire.

Nothing beats Pamporovo after a good snowfall. Hotel is right next to the ski slopes. Amazing experience.

The hotel is huge and mostly empty.
There are no escalators going down. You must carry the luggage.

This was a really convenient complex, the opportunity to ski straight in and out was an added bonus.
Rooms were clean, comfortable and well equipped.
Only downside was the communication - the in-room leaflet said there was a breakfast buffet served daily, but when asking reception they did not know anything about this.
Local area was good with great access to the ski lifts and various restaurants and bars. Quiet when we were there but should imagine it can get quite lively.

Listing of the property is far away from the reality!
The apartment was not clean , not enough hot water.
Most of the inventory was very old not functioning!
No parking at all!
Everything was icy and not treated/ very slippery and not safe!
