Overall the stay was perfect for our Thanksgiving holiday. Unfortunately only 1 of the 3 elevators was working which created some delays but definitely would come back!

Too many dogs barking. So many. At times, it was like living in a kennel. 2 of the 3 elevators were not working. We had to line up to get on. No snacks on Thanksgiving happy hour. Room was dated; but ok. We’ve stayed at this location often. It’s gone downhill so much that we will make another choice next time

The room was good, especially the bathroom and shower. Mattress wasn't the most comfy.
We weren't excited about having pets in the building.
Management was excellent, always asking if we needed anything.

房间非常漂亮干净。员工非常友好热情，乐于助人。唯一的不足是房间里没有配备Netflix、Disney+、Hulu之类的流媒体服务，不过普通的有线电视也挺不错的。酒店附近有很多餐厅。强烈推荐！下次还会入住！
非常喜欢入住内珀维尔大使套房酒店。
员工非常热情友好，乐于助人。
不过，酒店确实需要翻新。
地毯上有污渍，家具上也有很多划痕。此外，酒店停车位不足，我不得不把车停在街对面另一家商户的停车场。
地理位置优越，服务一流，早餐丰盛，房间舒适，员工热情周到。还需要多说什么呢？
