I requested the 1 king bed with pull out couch. The room was clean however the bed was definitely a queen size. My husband and i were very uncomfortable.

Birthday get away
Clerk at front desk was very nice. Didn’t mention that there was a hotel happy hour happening 5-7pm when we checked in at 6:30pm. Walls in room were dinged up. Bedding and towels very clean. Pillows flat. Good black out curtains. GREAT breakfast with great service, including made to order omelets! No hot tub. Pool was cold. Nice work out room w/ a filtered water bottle filler. It took me 10-15 minutes to figure out how to order room service. After scanning the QR code it took me another 10 minutes to find the room service menu. Then the phone didn’t work unless on speaker.

The rooms were large but the furniture was dated. Water pressure in the shower was really, really weak. I also think the hot water is controlled, showers were lukewarm at best. Cocktail hour was great and the free breakfast was surprisingly good with a made to order omelet bar. Lobby area was nice but they make you sign a form (contract) saying that you won't have large parties or underage drinking in the room?

Friendly staff, included breakfast spread, complimentary drinks (2) and snacks each night were all great. What was not-so-great were the malfunctioned J-1772 chargers for electric vehicles (although perfectly located near the main entrance), somewhat out-of-date room features, and freezing pool temperature in the morning.

非常喜欢入住内珀维尔大使套房酒店。
员工非常热情友好，乐于助人。
不过，酒店确实需要翻新。
地毯上有污渍，家具上也有很多划痕。此外，酒店停车位不足，我不得不把车停在街对面另一家商户的停车场。
第一印象
前台工作人员因为我的房间和价格搞错了而笑了。不过房间干净舒适。每次吃自助早餐，食物都很新鲜、热乎乎的，而且很美味。
总体来说还算可以，但家具、枕头和空间都比较匮乏。酒店比较老旧，房间里的家具和枕头都很不舒服，感觉很旧。
我曾在美国各地住过六家以上的使馆套房酒店。位于伊利诺伊州内珀维尔的那家绝对是最好的使馆套房酒店。
