Omg nothing clean at all about this place not the sheets, the raggedy key system, dry customer service. Walls dirty , bathroom DIRTY. Expect hair on containers & in sheets on bed. Etc!!!

This was the dirtiest hotel that I have ever seen. It is supposed to be smoke free and our room smelled like someone chained smoked in there. Plus the comforters had burn holes and rips in them. There were stains all over the walls and hair in the shower. I took pictures if I can figure out how to post them.

The first room was filthy, disgusting, mystery splatter on the wall, holes in the wall that were patched up haphazardly. The bathroom light was super loud and the vent was BLACK. Only two lights worked; the one by the TV flickered like a strobe light. The refrigerator looked like it had been through hell and back, all scratched up and scraped up. The manager gave us a different room. It was much better, but still had flaws... For one, the same crappy paint/patch job on the walls, and a cut out in the wall around the toilet which I kept stuffed with a towel because I didn't feel safe. The soles of my feet were black from the dirty floor. When I got in the tub and ran the shower it made a high-pitched screech sound the entire duration of my shower. Both rooms stunk of smoke and urine, and outside there was a constant smell of ****. I don't care WHAT city or state a Quality Inn is located because I will not EVER stay in a Quality Inn ever again. I left this same review on Google, along with photos and videos of everything I mentioned here, and all of it has been deleted by them. I will NEVER stay at a Quality Inn no matter where it's located EVER AGAIN. They need to shut this place down because there are also fire hazards, and black mold. I want my money back.

我们看了三个房间，全都烟味十足。其中一个房间的插销坏了。墙壁脏兮兮的。感觉太不安全了，我才不会把行李一个人留在房间里呢。我丈夫把钱退了。我们进完房间后感觉需要洗个澡。
他们说这是一家无烟酒店，但到处都能闻到烟味。最糟糕的是早餐，他们什么都没有。最重要的是，大堂里的工作人员（OM）很粗鲁。
我不喜欢烟草味。同样价位的酒店也有，而且很干净。
