I think it’s about time to change the mattress , they are no longer comfortable with those weird noise every time you change spot. Also the tub could have been cleaned, and better towel need to be put in place for guests used.

Omg nothing clean at all about this place not the sheets, the raggedy key system, dry customer service. Walls dirty , bathroom DIRTY. Expect hair on containers & in sheets on bed. Etc!!!

我们看了三个房间,全都烟味十足。其中一个房间的插销坏了。墙壁脏兮兮的。感觉太不安全了,我才不会把行李一个人留在房间里呢。我丈夫把钱退了。我们进完房间后感觉需要洗个澡。
他们说这是一家无烟酒店,但到处都能闻到烟味。最糟糕的是早餐,他们什么都没有。最重要的是,大堂里的工作人员(OM)很粗鲁。
