The hotel manager failed to inform us that there would be construction until the morning before check-in. The check-in process was terrible. Parking was also very chaotic.

Our stay at this hotel was an unexpected one as we had a family member admitted to the nearby hospital, but our experience here made the worst case scenario into the best possible! The hotel was very clean and had lots to offer from their wonderful breakfast to their pool and fire pits. I want to point out specifically the host named Angela- she was exceptional at making us feel right at home and accommodated us without hesitation when we had unknowns in our travel stay. She, without a doubt, is such a valuable asset to the hotel, and in my opinion, deserves a raise!! The bartender last Monday night (sorry, didn’t catch his name) was very personable as well and another wonderful asset. Overall, this stay was top notch and I hope to get the chance to stay here again in the future just because of how much of a wonderful experience they made our unexpected stay!

Parking is terrible. Check in was subpar at best. Given option of picking room prior to check in choose room and gave info to get parking but on day of could not complete in app given different room had terrible view and connecting room door room subpar

Convenient location in heart of downtown Chattanooga, the room was very clean with no issues, guest parking lot is adjacent to the building, last but least - the receptionists, both Aidan and Angela, were pleasant to talk to, very welcoming, helpful and friendly.
