It’s a convenient hotel right off of I-70. We drive occasionally from Salida, CO to Salt Lake City and it’s a good halfway point. The only criticism I have is the breakfast. I’m tired of powdered eggs and paper thin bacon. It’s time for an upgrade, please.

This is your basic one night stay hotel.
Clean sheets and towels, comfortable bed. Pleasant front desk staff.
Close to the highway and thin walls. Could be cleaner and Quieter.

Hotel smelled like smoke; room was worse of the smell. . Front desk agent said I couldn’t get points because I booked through ******* even though it was $170, so I will be contacting the points club. This is definitely a motel six. If you’re fine with that, then you’ll be fine with the hotel except this hotel charges three times the price.

I understand how frustrating it can be when other guests don't follow the rules. We are a non-smoking place and we try to make sure our guests know that. I wish the inconsideration of others didn't lessen your view of us so much. The team works very hard to make sure our guests enjoy their stay, and I wish everyone would adhere to our policies, that are obviously in place for a reason.

我前后三次向前台投诉房间里有老鼠。第一次他们说会通知管理层。第二次，一位先生告诉我，外面天冷，老鼠会跑进来，然后耸了耸肩。第三次，我退房时要求退款，他们说我必须给公司总部打电话，她似乎一点也不在意。我给总部打了电话，他们让我联系酒店经理，然后又让我联系我预订的第三方平台。真是太“公平”了。
然而，我预订200美元的住宿，却只退了20美元。酒店工作人员竟然说我谎报投诉了三次（其实投诉一次就应该退款了，但跑题了），尽管我能指出我投诉过的那些工作人员，他们却拒绝提供给我办理入住那位男士的姓名（入住记录上应该有姓名或首字母，或者有当时值班人员信息）。那位给我办理入住的男士是第一个知道有老鼠的。酒店员工非常不专业，拒绝诚实待客或提供帮助。我总共给他们打了五次电话，试图争取退款，而我预订的携程（trip.com）告诉我，酒店确实有问题，但他们也无法强迫酒店退款。这家酒店对房间里的害虫漠不关心，对客人的重视程度更低，这简直令人震惊。我预订的第三方平台正在向上级反映这个问题。我只想提醒大家，如果你期待一个干净、没有害虫，并且员工友好的住宿体验，那这家酒店可不是你的菜。
