Booked an additional night and called front desk to let them know. They failed to tell me the procedure of staying an additional night, so i got locked out of my room and my take out food got cold since i had to go back to check in, wait in line and explain my situation. They made me feel as if I should of known their procedures when no one told me on the phone.

The staff was wonderful and even sent up cake and a bottle of champagne for my husband’s birthday! The rooms were clean and the hotel was beautiful!

Loud noises from plumbing kept us up at night. Can't say I would return here for the room cost and what they hit you for valet parking.

First time staying here for a mini staycation. Very welcoming and courteous reception staff. The room was clean and the balcony view was amazing. Will be returning in the foreseeable future.

Clean room, great view, so close to anything you'd want to do. If we ever make it back, we will be staying here again.

Safe in room not working. Room not cleaned one of 2 days. Soap dispenser empty in shower. Phone not operable as we wanted to inform front desk of a non English uniformed person knocking on our door but we had no idea what she was saying. My husband then went to your front desk only to be told this person went to the wrong room. To top it off we were charged upon exit for a bar bill we never ordered. Apparently someone used our room number to order from the downstairs bar. Shouldn’t your staff request proof that someone is staying at that particular room in your hotel? Just FYI

很不错的酒店,有阳台风景宜人。酒店对面就是停车场40美金一晚,很适合River walk和City walk,走路三分钟可到游船码头还有美味的冰淇淋amorino ,步行十分钟Pinkerton's Barbecue德州烤肉不要错过,第二天到Seaworld大概20分钟车程。
房间还不错,但床一点都不舒服。枕头很不舒服,里面还有只虫子。我出去了一会儿,回来的时候他们已经把床铺好了,但其中一张床上的枕头却被扔在了地上。退房的时候,他们竟然想收我300多美元的费用,而我根本没做过这些事。我希望他们没这么做,因为我已经跟他们解释过了。这次入住体验真的很糟糕,除了周一到周五上班的服务员弗兰科。他早餐时的服务非常好,但前一天同一时间,其他服务员的服务却很差劲。我绝对不会再来了。
真是太令人失望了!这家酒店跟舒适酒店差不多。地毯破旧不堪,阳台小得可怜,只够一个人住,员工态度极其恶劣!我以后绝对不会再来了!
