We didn't spend much time at the hotel but it was perfect for what we need . It was quiet and the breakfast in the morning was good.

We stayed here before and after a trip. Upon check in we arranged for their shuttle service to/from the airport. When it was time for the shuttle in the morning there wasn't one, and they called an Uber. We were told to call the hotel when we had our luggage after the trip and the shuttle would get us. It took 4 phone calls before anyone would answer. Then the person that did answer was terribly rude and scolding us saying they don't have a shuttle driver, yet we had arranged and paid for this service. They sent us an uber driver again, after multiple unpleasant phone calls. Once at check in we just wanted to leave, but the room had already been paid for and it was late at night so we still kept the room. This will be our last time staying there, and we had been repeat customers for years. It keeps going downhill overall and the lack of friendly customer service is more and more noticeable to the point that it is uncomfortable.

I found the description lacked clear communication. The workers lacked communication skills. The park and fly feature is a joke

酒店回复: If you call the hotel and ask for the park and Fly package you will be quoted $199 for a one night stay and up to 10 nights of Parking. We do not offer this feature when you book through third parties. However to help you out me charged you just $15 a night for you parking. I hope this clarifies

The property had easy access to the freeways and the airport, which made it easy to do all the things we wanted. It felt safer than the other areas of Portland that we traveled to. Breakfast was great and changed every day. The only issue we had was that we asked them to clean our room, and they did not do it.

Comfort inn
I walked into the room and it was great. Perfect size, cool layout. I had a great stay.
我们从夏威夷飞过来，航班延误了3小时，所以凌晨4点才到酒店。前台的女孩当时正要往外走，看到我们提着行李进酒店，一句话也没说。我们以为她只是暂时出去一下，就在大堂等着，结果她人不见了！大堂里还有个男士，他帮我们找了找，但也没找到。我们当时特别累，在大堂等了半小时，她才终于回来，给了我们房间钥匙，整个过程也就花了大概2分钟。既然这么简单，为什么我们一到就不能直接把钥匙给我们呢？我们还试着打电话，结果电话就在我们面前的前台响，但没人接听，真是太令人沮丧了。
还有往返机场的班车，还包含早餐，非常感谢！
工作人员很友善，乐于助人，这是一次很棒的旅行！
不过，令我失望的一件事是浴室里传来半干食物的味道，有点难闻。 。
也就是说，这是一家我想再次入住的酒店！
