I usually stay at Marriott properties but chose this based on price. The lobby was less then but has a strangely grand chandelier. However the rooms are wonderful. The bathroom was gleaming.

Room was good. Staff wasn’t overall great. Just checked us in. No greeting. No airport shuttle as promised for 10 people. Expensive trip to get here.

This was the only hotel that had a accessiblity bathroom as I had surgery and needed to use a shower that I could walk into vs step in tub. Bed was very comfortable.

Everything at the hotel was as good as it gets. Only complaint was about the shuttle service. The driver didn’t seem concerned about our urgency to get to the airport and she had a sour attitude.

No shuttle driver available so they sent me an Uber. The bed was great; and a choice of pillow hardness, oh joy. So often hotel pillows are fat and hard! Breakfast was good.

我们从夏威夷飞过来，航班延误了3小时，所以凌晨4点才到酒店。前台的女孩当时正要往外走，看到我们提着行李进酒店，一句话也没说。我们以为她只是暂时出去一下，就在大堂等着，结果她人不见了！大堂里还有个男士，他帮我们找了找，但也没找到。我们当时特别累，在大堂等了半小时，她才终于回来，给了我们房间钥匙，整个过程也就花了大概2分钟。既然这么简单，为什么我们一到就不能直接把钥匙给我们呢？我们还试着打电话，结果电话就在我们面前的前台响，但没人接听，真是太令人沮丧了。
还有往返机场的班车，还包含早餐，非常感谢！
工作人员很友善，乐于助人，这是一次很棒的旅行！
不过，令我失望的一件事是浴室里传来半干食物的味道，有点难闻。 。
也就是说，这是一家我想再次入住的酒店！
