Staff was courteous. But room key machine was broken. I had to be walked to my room and let in each time I left the room. Made it inconvenient when I had to make 2 trips from the car, then leave for dinner. Finally received my room key late in the evening. Room was fine but carpet was dirty - pets allowed.

I was there 4 days before my room was cleaned. I had to mentioned it to the front desk clerk and some how it became my fault. I have stayed at your facility on many occasions when I come back home to visit Family. This was the worst experience I’ve had.

When checking in I had to talk to the manager because they gave me a room with one bed. When I paid for a two bedroom with sofa bed option. Then the front desk said that is what we have an available, even said that is upgrade room 1 bed funny. Wasted lot of my time.

Great place overall. Well lit, comfortable, and clean.
Breakfast was a bit lacking. It was not bad, and better than some others I’ve had recently, but things dried out quickly from being left in warmers too long.
