Nice large pet friendly suite that was very clean. All staff friendly. Housekeeping very pleasant and accommodating. Stunning view off balcony overlooking the river. Connected to sports bar was nice for family dining option for the game!

We got excellent service while we were there! All the staff were very helpful and accommodating! We had a room that overlooked the park and that was beautiful.

The Keurig machine did not work all the time. I thought the rooms were very dark and not enough light.
The closet wasn’t big enough for long dresses
I thought for over $300 a night that was very expensive even though the breakfast was free and very good but the parking for $25 a night I thought that was exorbitant

We stayed at the Embassy Suites for a wedding. The rooms are clean and quiet. The breakfast is an added bonus.

There was a music festival across the street, really enjoyed the food music shops and people, just a nice environment for people to relax.

Staff was very friendly and the property was top notch. The only place I'll stay when visiting Grand Rapids.
