Staff was friendly, hotel itself was beautiful with so many amenities. The room was so clean, bed was bouncy and comfy. Crib for my infant was up to date, safe and up to my standards. I’m obsessed with this hotel for the price, I will be coming back

It was a beautiful building inside and out. The rooms were big and spacious with being a suite. We had a room with a view of the river from the 6th floor. The staff were friendly. The only problem I had was that I used the app to select our room and get the virtual key to avoid needing to stop and wait in line at the registration desk, but I still had to stop. Overall, it was an excellent stay.

We had a fire alert that wasn’t very organized at 2am we were on the 7th floor. Not very much communication. Very scary.

Nice large pet friendly suite that was very clean. All staff friendly. Housekeeping very pleasant and accommodating. Stunning view off balcony overlooking the river. Connected to sports bar was nice for family dining option for the game!
