Pullout bed did not have linens. Backdoor near pool still does not open from outside. Lock is fixed but does not disengage when using key card. No yogurt, plain bagels gone. Eggs gone. No resupply at breakfast.

Really nice hotel and front desk hosts.

They were always out of eggs or omelettes by 9: AM. The servers would not make anymore. That happened both mornings. On Saturday there were several people still dining after 9 AM.

Our only complaint was the lack of water pressure or no water at all in the shower during our stay. The first night there was no issue but for the remainder of the trip we had water issues. Called the front desk and they said since they were full due to a ballgame/team and other events in the area that was to blame. I understand being a max capacity but it kind of stinks when you try to take a shower in the morning and/or at night and don’t have water. Makes it extremely inconvenient especially when trying to give your child a bath after a fun and active day exploring Kentucky. I would stay again but I also hope the property addresses the water issues

The room was very typical, but very clean. It was the stereotypical motel room with very standard furnishings. The breakfast was above average in that it was arranged well; however, it also was the typical, standard breakfast. It fulfilled our expectations, but nothing more.

had a great stay! The hotel was very quiet and clean, which made for a comfortable experience. Breakfast was pretty good—just make sure to get there early, as the selection gets limited later on and restocking can be slow. The location was super convenient, right by the outlet mall and close to plenty of great places to eat.
