The pool and pool area was cold my 9 year old would not even get in and she is the one that wanted the pool!

We were in town for the Yeti Endurance Weekend 5k on Saturday and then the 1/2 Marathon on Sunday. I called to see if we could get checked in early and not only were they able to, they also got us in the same floor as our friends! Amazing customer service!

Breakfast was very nice, good options. Room was comfortable. Pool area was cold and water was even colder, this was the only negative thing.

Great staff and friendly but your American Flag is very tattered and torn should be replaced. The toilet in our room did not work and no maintenance available we had to keep removing the tank lid and put our hands in the tank to flush and took a day to get fixed. The pool was not heated. No hot tub either. Did not clean our room one day either. Thank you.
