Great staff and friendly but your American Flag is very tattered and torn should be replaced. The toilet in our room did not work and no maintenance available we had to keep removing the tank lid and put our hands in the tank to flush and took a day to get fixed. The pool was not heated. No hot tub either. Did not clean our room one day either. Thank you.

Our first room didn't have working AC. It also had a massive red stain on the carpet infront of the sofa. The AC unit has a pan the was overflowing with water causing the surround the carpet to be soaking wet.

Staff was great room was not very clean upon arrival, there is No spa! Our room had no tub. Brokedown cars in the parking lot. Pool was not inviting.

Its a nice hotel. Booked together but weren't even put on the same floor. Key cards didnt work everyday. Had to park in the back and walk all the way to the front to get in everyday as we didnt have access with the key card. Also didnt have access to our rooms.

酒店员工都非常友好和乐于助人。尽管如此,我们房间的门把手还是出了问题。我们没法把它弄开,导致进不去房间。我们不得不叫了两次工作人员才进来。结果就是,我和我丈夫没办法一起去吃早餐,因为我们其中一个人必须留在房间里,才能给另一个人开门。所有工作人员似乎都知道这个问题,但看起来短时间内是不会解决了。
酒店位置很好,去州际公路、购物中心和餐馆都很方便。房间住着很舒服,早餐也不错。
