Everything and everyone was excellent. If I was being picky, I would say adding a grab bar next to the toilet would be nice.

This place is an absolute dump. AC doesn’t work, smoke detector beeping, internet is trash.

We came to town for a funeral. The front desk clerk was very helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable.

Stopped for a quick overnight stay. Clean and neat property. Staff was friendly and courteous.

Th room was clean. Staff was nice. Hamptons usually has a decent breakfast. At this one , both types of sausage patties were old and rubbery. There were only 2 slices of bread. The eggs were old and rubbery too. Only light yogurt was offered and one was in the bowl.

Very nice place to stay for a wedding at Barnsley Gardens. Check in person was very nice and friendly. Breakfast was good.
