Breakfast could be improved in freshness and furniture refurbished in dining area. Checked in Thursday with multiple activities each day. Had to request more towels when none had been replaced by Saturday afternoon. Staff was friendly and responsive especially when help was needed to get cell phones to recharge. We have stayed here repeatedly over the years just a little disappointed this time

The hotel is very vintage and charming. Parking was incredibly easy and free! Restaurants and river walk walkable and lovely. Will definitely stay here again.

不满意 我们租的车停在酒店门口前面车位上 被人故意划痕了
不好，太老了酒店。绝对不推荐。价格又贵，设施很差。去了后悔
非常失望
我们预订了一间标准大床房，根据描述和图片，房间里应该有沙发和冰箱。我们付了钱，却没享受到这些。当时我们很赶时间，所以就没太在意。但我还是去了前台，他说会安排经理联系我，结果却杳无音信。
之后我发现马桶冲不了水，水一直流个不停。这时我要求换房。他唯一的解决办法是让我们等维修人员来修。我拒绝了，自己想办法每次都用重物压住马桶塞，这样我们才能洗澡，赶上我们的行程。
我们觉得我们付的钱没有得到应有的服务，而且工作人员只是说这是“我们的规定”，根本帮不上忙。我不认为宣传了某个房间，有人预订了，然后又换房是合理的政策。我以前住过的汉普顿酒店，如果入住后发现房间不满意或者设施坏了，换房从来没遇到过问题。大多数汉普顿酒店都很棒，但这家却令人失望。
我觉得一切都很好，除了一些细节问题，比如床单没换，浴室的排气扇没开，湿度依然很高，我希望他们能提供浴帽。除此之外，工作人员非常出色，食物美味，种类丰富，地理位置也很好。
我们到房间时发现枕头上有一只巨大的蟑螂，他们给我们换了房间，但没有提供其他任何住宿选择……
我们真的很享受在这家酒店的住宿并推荐它。
