This is the second time I have stayed at this specific hotel. It’s a great place to stay. It’s quiet and convenient for us when we come into Raleigh to visit family. Highly recommend this hotel.

The bed was so uncomfortable. Hard a rock. Pillows were small and flat. Miserable sleep.

Great lighting in parking lot which was nice since we got there after it was already dark. Staff was pleasent and helpful. Lobby and rooms were clean. Breakfast was better than expected with a large variety of breakfast foods and everything was yummy!

Too close to the highway. Front desk was not flexible with reservation dates when I needed to adjust and extend my trip.

我们下午2点半左右抵达酒店，需要尽快拿到房间钥匙，叫Lyft车，然后赶在下午5点开会。前台工作人员说入住时间是下午4点，但还是帮我们查了是否有打扫干净的房间可以入住。他确认有一个房间已经准备好了，并允许我们提前入住。我们非常感谢清洁人员和前台的工作人员。
酒店的所有员工都非常友善和礼貌。前台人员甚至帮我在手机上设置了Lyft应用程序。自助早餐非常好，种类也很丰富。不过，做华夫饼的地方总是排长队，导致队伍移动缓慢。也许可以多准备几台华夫饼机。
我本来想从附近一家Panera Bread订餐，但前台工作人员打电话或在线查询后发现那家店已经关门了。她建议，如果我通过Panera Bread的应用程序下单，酒店班车司机可以送我去稍远一点的另一家Panera Bread取餐。我接受了她的提议，给司机买了零食，还给了她小费。我因此享用了一顿美妙的午后餐。
床非常舒服。我喜欢浴室门是“磨砂”玻璃的设计，这样晚上使用洗手间时还能透进光线。我也喜欢墙上固定式的洗浴用品容器，这肯定能减少部分用过就被扔掉的小包装瓶的使用。
我们有一个重要的建议是，Arrow Street的街牌应该做得更大一些。我们不是当地人，对这片区域不熟悉，而且交通繁忙，Arrow Street的牌子很难看到。
总的来说，我们对这次酒店住宿非常满意。
环境：这两个放在一起说，酒店比较老，上楼电梯后，我们四个人住在四间房，都在电梯出去后右侧的走廊尽头附近，可以说是非常非常吵
噪音来自于两个部分，主路无止境的噪音和6楼楼顶的热水器，太影响睡眠了，非常非常差
建议电梯上去后，左侧会比较好，右侧真的是没法睡，太吵了，绝对不会来的程度。
我觉得这次入住体验总体来说只能打3分（满分5分）。工作人员非常友好，我的套房也干净整洁，但是暖气坏了，室温只有50多华氏度（约10摄氏度），非常冷（我不得不买了个暖气，但因为套房很大，所以也没什么用）。感觉温控器被人动过手脚（像是故意设置成不同的温度，然后把温度上限调低）。更糟糕的是，我的轮胎气门嘴帽在酒店停车场被偷了。酒店门口贴着告示说他们不对盗窃或损坏负责，但考虑到房间的价格，我觉得他们应该更安全才对。
