1st room had a very musty smell and called down to front desk & they gladly changed our room which was much better!!

Front desk gave me the wrong room. And some one got in my room while lm about to sleep. I go talk to them, and that lady threatened to cancel my resevation even though they already charge my booking .

The staff at this hotel was particularly friendly, each person at the desk and in the food areas. Though the hotel was pretty full, there was very little excess noise.

Everything was great. Clean room and friendly staff. Only complaint was how damp the room felt from the AC unit.

If you stays for more time we always look for cleaning and replace items for daily use
Short staff can’t provide service.

The hotel is bad need of renovations.. Everything looks tired and dirty. Our room especially was dirty and just in rough shape overall. It was so uncomfortable to stay in that we only stayed one night. We were supposed to stay 5 nights but we left after one night and moved to another hotel. I could maybe understand if it was really cheap but it was on the middle to higher cost side in Norcross.
I was charged for 2 nights even though I only stayed one and called the hotel manager Deondray and left a VM on Monday 7/21 but never heard back
