Room was not clean we found a balloon and the bed was falling apart . Paying almost $400 seems a bit to much do this room. Will not be staying here again

When I got off the elevator on the 4th floor there was a horrible odor. The carpet in the hall was filthy. The carpet in my room was filthy as well. There was a base tile in the bathroom laying on the floor, the wallpaper was peeling off the walls, the toilet seat was peeling and the shower caddy that hold the shampoo, body was & conditioner fell off the wall. AC only works in the on position, not in auto mode.
The bed and pillows were comfortable.

Overall a good experience. However out of a six day stay the bed was only made 4 times, and one time the room was totally untouched by the cleaning crew. Very odd.

The bed was comfy and one of the better ones we have stayed at. The couch that pulled out into a bed was awful. You could feel every single spring. Room was nice and staff was nice as well. Would go back.

The bed was amazing. There was wallpaper falling off the walls in the bathroom and the AC made the floor wet, but overall, it was a good stay. We would come back again.
