Very spacious and welcoming reception area and the staff were very pleasant. The room was also a good size - a bit dated but clean and very comfortable.

I’ve stayed at this hotel in five occasions and will be returning, it is in a lovely location, facilities are great and staff are always friendly and welcoming.

Just a one night stop over so didnt use or see much of the hotel but it was good for my needs. Guy on reception was very friendly & helpful

Great location, rooms were cleaned everyday and, all staff are friendly and welcoming but particular praise goes to the young girl Olivia, who works in the bar and restaurant, she is always smiling and happy, and never seems to rest constantly being attentive to customers, a real credit to the hotel.

抵达时，接待人员热情周到，提供了极大的帮助。
工作人员带我们参观了酒店的各项设施，让我们感到非常受欢迎，尤其考虑到当时正值除夕和元旦。令人欣慰的是，虽然很多人都在度假，但酒店的员工们似乎依然工作得很开心。
