我选择这家酒店是因为它的好评。酒店给了我9分，入住体验让我很惊喜。前台的客户服务很棒。入住时，前台询问我是否喜欢哪一层楼。我要求安排一间可以看到烟花的房间，前台照做了。当我们到达房间时，我惊讶地发现家具破旧不堪，房间也非常不干净。家具破旧不堪，扶手椅早就该清洗了，通风口积满灰尘，冰箱腿也坏了，电视用了几分钟就变暗了，浴室的瓷砖也坏了。更让我惊讶的是，酒店没有每个房间都有独立的微波炉，而是整个楼层共用一个微波炉（而且也急需清洁）。早餐很差。煎饼机第一天就坏了。两个早上的热食都没有变化。热食标识和每日更换热食种类都很不错。泳池急需维护和清洁。我们在地板上发现了好几块用过的创可贴，真恶心。电梯也需要维护，地毯可以用洗发水清洗，最好能每天清洁。我还看到，当客人只是说没有叉子时，负责早餐区的人就变得很暴躁。总而言之，对于每晚近200美元的价格，我期待的更多。优点：水压好，床软硬适中，位置好
没能保留预订。预订了可入住的房间，被安排到了3楼。电梯很安静，我爬楼梯很费劲。妻子也出现耳鸣。窗户下面的大型空调发出轰鸣声。浴室插座跳闸了，重置按钮也丢了，我按不到金属弹簧。他们说会赔偿，但还没有退款。
工作人员检查得很慢，花了两个人才弄清楚我的预订情况。我累了，只想回到自己的房间。床架的层压板从床头板上脱落了，看起来很破旧，根本不值200美元一晚的价钱。
床很舒服，早餐不错。员工很友好。酒店有些破旧。门板剥落，泳池区域需要翻新。门框和踢脚板上有很多锈迹。儿童游乐设施陈旧褪色。
总体来说，住宿体验很棒。泳池很适合孩子们，只是热水浴缸有点太热。工作人员非常友好。早上的热早餐很棒。
法戈摔跤之旅迄今为止住过最好的酒店。最喜欢的是健身中心……空间宽敞，窗户很大……太喜欢了。
我们正在全国旅行，这确实是我们住过的最好的地方，这里的人也最有礼貌！
淋浴间里只有两瓶护发素，却没有洗发水，这让我有点失望。把洗发水送到房间的服务花了25分钟。
房间很干净整洁。淋浴设施没有像智选假日酒店那样升级。但总体来说，住宿条件还不错。
