Beautiful grand hall set in beautiful grounds, didn't spend much time there, due to stay related to attending a wedding near by. Hotel contacted us before our stay to check any requests and were kind enough to say even though check in not till 3pm and we needed to be at our wedding for 2:30 said we could leave our luggage and do the check in process and collect key after the wedding, but when we arrived the room was ready so they let us go straight to the room. If we were to return would pay more to have a better room. The bed was comfortable, firm but not too firm, shower was luke warm so possibly running out of hot water at 10:00. Duvet a bit too warm and no other option, but for what we paid this was great. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, quickly arranging us a taxi when Uber let us down. We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. Would definitely recommend. If you had time Beamish museum is a short walk away.
整体不错安静整洁，早餐好吃，酒吧不错点心和酒都挺好，客房只有一个特别大的花洒没有可以拿下来的小花洒，但是出水很棒，我们是家庭出游，给我麻麻拍了好看的照片，前台小姐姐也很热情~
开车到纽卡斯尔大约15分钟，步行距离内没什么可逛的，但这里是个令人放松的好地方。景色优美，食物可口，服务也很棒！
这家酒店位置绝佳，就在比米什遗址附近，非常干净，房间大小适中，配有浴缸和淋浴，餐饮摆盘精美，员工服务一流。如果您想散步，酒店附近还有适合各种体能水平的步行道。
这里是参观比米什生活博物馆的理想下榻之处，仅需停留一晚。早餐很棒，房间舒适，员工非常友好……非常棒！
部分员工很友善，部分员工则非常咄咄逼人。这和我预想的完全不一样。
漫漫长夜
酒店庭院和主要区域很漂亮，房间也还可以，但是因为墙壁太薄，我们一夜没睡。隔壁夫妇的声音听得清清楚楚，鼾声更是吵得我们整夜无法入眠。
早餐很美味，但总体来说非常失望。

参观完比米什博物馆后，我们入住的这家酒店却让我们感到非常困扰，因为预订前酒店并未告知我们当晚会举办毕业舞会。在我们之前入住的那对夫妇被告知酒店正在举办毕业舞会，可能会比较吵闹，所以我在预订时也提到了这一点，但酒店却说我们的房间离宴会厅很远，听不到舞会的声音。然而，到了晚上10点，我仍然能在房间里听到震耳欲聋的音乐声。由于第二天一早我还要去打高尔夫，所以原本希望能够睡个好觉。在两次向前台投诉后，我们最终被安排到了一间安静的房间。我们本不应该经历这一切，明明一开始就可以被安排到安静的房间。
僻静的工作人员非常乐于助人，对于一家酒店来说，食物很棒，价格也很合理。 花园的景色很棒，房间有电梯通往楼上入口，有一个通往接待处的坡道，酒店的大部分区域都设有残疾人通道
一栋可爱的建筑，拥有一流的餐饮设施——房间“古雅而精致”，配有过时的棕色木家具，这些家具已经过了好日子，很难让房间或浴室变暖。
