Stayed for 1-week. The check-in clerk was very friendly and helpful in checking me in and acquiring the room key and showing me how to open the garage gate and accessing the security check points leading to my room. Great location. Close to the ocean and close to all the places I intended to visit. The place was quiet and clean. The bed was comfortable. Water pressure was good and hot. Private balcony with a great view of the grounds and the river. Nice kitchenette, but no table or chairs to eat your food in comfort, so I had to commandeer one of the patio chairs and bring it inside and use the shelf under the TV to eat and write down any notes I needed. This was the first place where it was a requirement of me to toss out all accumulated trash from the room prior to checkout, but that wasn't a big deal. I felt this was a good deal for what I paid.

Handy location
Nice clean room. Spacious enough. Short walk to SCUPH which is what I was after. Reasonable rates too.

位置和周边环境很好，非常安静，走几步就是大学校园。房间有微波炉但没有电磁炉咖啡机，无法煮食。。。。。
位置很棒。离很多必需场所都很近，尤其是一家医院和一个购物中心都在步行距离之内。附近有个美丽的湖，很受喜欢健身的人欢迎。我对我的房间不太满意，因为我被安排在了一个有吵闹孩子的家庭旁边。而且房间之间的距离很近，导致我们能听到每一个细小的声音，比如开关门声和谈话声。这是我唯一的不满。
另外，停车位很棒，我们每个人都有自己的专属车位。
我肯定会再来这里，但下次希望我的房间是独立的（指没有噪音干扰）。最后，我觉得这个价格对于我一个独自旅行的人来说还是很划算的。👍

检查清洁情况
我们的房间可以欣赏到运河和远处的美景，尤其是在晚上，到处都是彩色灯光。床很舒服，有足够的空间可以在房间内走动。步行 5 分钟即可到达医院，这很适合我们。经理是最好的经理之一。至于清洁，我们遇到了脏乱的微型和其他小问题。经理愿意派清洁工来打扫，但我们只住了很短的时间。除此之外，我们非常享受我们的住宿。
我们住的公寓到处都是灰尘和霉菌，考虑到我们支付的价格，我们对此感到很不满意。
