We stayed here from October 8-16/2022. Our luxury room contained historic architectural elements that were quirky & interesting. The bed was comfortable & the beautiful bathroom had everything we needed. Our room faced the street & was close to a main intersection but the noise was pretty minimal & didn't interfere with our sleep. The location was perfect for us as the Piazza Navona neighborhood is a favourite. Barbara was on-site every day we were there & was helpful with any questions we had. She was also quickly accessible on Whatsapp. Barbara also cleaned our room daily to high standard. My husband & I are not picky, particular people. We value travel for what we experience in the city we stay in. We don't necessarily put high value on where we stay as we don't spend a lot of time there, just require a comfortable & safe place to sleep. Behar's Luxury Rooms exceeded our expectations & we'd be happy to stay there again.

真不知道该从何说起……我们到达之前必须先发短信，对方发了照片告诉我们房间钥匙在哪儿，结果发现钥匙放在房子外面的窗台上。走进主走廊，我们原本以为这家酒店会像宣传的那样好，结果大错特错。我们以为会有人迎接我们，告诉我们早餐在哪里供应、几点供应，哪怕房间里也应该有这些信息吧。结果什么都没有！虽然酒店的走廊看起来很豪华，但我们入住的房间却完全不是那么回事。说房间简陋都算是客气的了，房间里只有一张床和一个噪音很大的冰箱，没有其他家具或电视，而这些在我看来都是标配，尤其考虑到他们自称是豪华酒店。我们甚至还得自己去找卫生纸。浴室和房间一样简陋，不过除了淋浴间里有些霉菌之外，还算干净。我们和房东没有任何沟通，早餐也没吃到，退房的时候也不知道该怎么办，最后只好把钥匙留在房间里了。虽然酒店位置不错，但我不会再选择入住这里。
地理位置确实不错，但这根本不是一家酒店。这里没有人接待客人，也没有人处理问题。入住流程极其不专业。在我登机前几个小时，旅馆里有人发信息告诉我，清洁工把钥匙放在了楼外窗台上，而这栋楼位于罗马最繁忙的街道之一。我们最终还是进了房间，但整个流程让人对这栋楼的安全性非常怀疑。任何人都可以拿走那些钥匙。几天后，我在同一个地方又看到了一个装着钥匙的包，看来这已经成了他们的惯用伎俩。除了一个每天上午11点来打扫的清洁工之外，这里根本没人管。她会把你的所有东西都塞进你伴侣的包里，反之亦然，然后把你的干净衣服扔进你的脏衣袋里（我可没开玩笑）。她非常爱管闲事，而且厕纸给得特别少，毛巾三天才换一次。到了第三天，无线网络就断了。由于酒店无人值守，问题一直没有解决。更糟糕的是，房间里的4G信号非常差。所有房间都位于略微抬高的底层，这意味着如果您打开窗户，就完全没有隐私（除非您关上百叶窗，但那样就完全没有光线了）。如果窗户开着，您还会听到街上所有的交通噪音和谈话声。浴室和淋浴设施还不错，但床品有点脏。我们不会再来了。
