Stayed at Hyatt House Pleasant Grove while visiting family and loved it! The staff was super friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and the mountain views were beautiful. Breakfast was fresh and tasty, and the location was perfect, close to everything but nice and quiet. Definitely staying here again next time I’m in town!

the omelet bar was closed. we were very sad about that. had been looking forward to a custom omelette. the bed was very comfortable and the 24 hr coffee bar was great.

Pool and hot tub closes by 10pm. Probably normal but that’s our only “complaint”. Amazing hotel. Convenient, clean, comfortable, large, great condition.

Rooms are noisy, a few thing could use some attention. Fan vent was gross and needs cleaning. Bathroom door was very unsteady. Shower was nice with nice water pressure. Beds were comfortable.
