Due to the rain we had a ton of bugs in the room. It was kinda gross. Otherwise things were great! Also the road up to the resort was very brutal. Luckily our driver was a good sport.

酒店回复: Thank you for your 10/10 review. I am sorry about the bugs, but you're right, with the rain, they try to come in. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We treated the cabins before others guests arrived after you. I also apologize about the road. It is much better than before, but still pretty bad - especially during rainy season. I think we have to take matters into our own hands and fix the road with the backhoe we sent down. It's just a small area that's bad, but without 4x4, it's rough. We did fix our entrance last year, so thankfully that is now great. Thank you again. Hope to see you again soon at La Cantera!
