This is the second time my son and I have stayed here, and I will continue to choose this location when visiting Hunstville. The staff is very courteous and helpful, the breakfast is a great selection, and the room is a good size and very clean.

Hotel was so filthy, we moved out within hours and started cancellation. One room smelled like urine and had pink mold. Other had black mold, food and other items on floor, toilet not cleaned, ice bucket had greasy handprints, carpet in hallway nasty, black. This hotel is also apparently under construction. Vents had black mold/dust on them. Will contact health department. Started process with Hilton and Orbitz. Hilton--good CS. Orbitz--terrible CS.

Hotel is being renovated which was not disclosed. Insects in the room when i checked in. They sprayed insecticide and then i left for a few hours. Returned to live insects in the bed. When i asked for a different room, I was told they are fully booked. Front desk told me I was complaining. I checked out immediately. Terrible experience.

Breakfast was okay.. alot of the stuff like eggs and potato wedges were cold and old etc wasnt very hot but tasted freash. I loved the variety and healthier options. I was able to have the healthier variety like oatmeal with various add ins and yogurt. My husband was able to make breakfast sandwiches.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The staff was so kind and welcoming, and the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Traveling with kids can be stressful because you never really know how safe or clean a place will be, but I was pleasantly surprised here. Everything felt well taken care of, and we had a very relaxing stay. I would definitely book this location again.

everything about this stay was amazing, didn’t break the wallet, was beside some amazing food options and activities . when needed to cook we were given a stovetop eye to use and the utensils , will be back again!
