Stayed for two nights... housekeeping skipped my room. I put trashcan outside door, housekeeping emptied it and left it with no trash bag. Staff seemed more interested in talking with each other than engaging guests. I had to go behind counter to office door to ask a question. My room was on second floor and the elevator buttons on second floor didn't work for my entire stay and still weren't working as I was leaving. Instead of getting it fixed, they made a paper sign that said, "Buttons not working, call down to lobby to have elevator sent up." They asked me how my stay was and I told them the elevator not working was an annoyance... desk clerk answered, "We didn't anticipate that happening, sorry." Just because you don't anticipate it doesn't mean you don't fix it asap. The view from my window was the roof of the lobby that protruded up to the next story and all I could see was weather worn shingles and a dirty roof.

The breakfast (which you have to pay extra for) was bland and cold... was just not good. Coffee was luke warm. Will not be staying there ever again.

Overall atmosphere is not welcoming. Signs in parking lot said, "Park at your own risk. Guests assume all risk." Last day of my stay they hung paper signs that told guests to make sure they had their parking passes visible. I overheard manager telling her employees that she was putting up signs to keep event goers from parking in hotel lot. So that was one more thing i had to do to be able to stay here

Business trip for a couple days. Have stayed here before and its pretty good generally. This stay the bathroom sink stopper was stuck and the shampoo/conditioner didn't work. Mentioned this to the front desk, but it never got fixed. The breakfast was good, the lobby area is a great place to prep for meetings and the general condition is good. However, there are signs the maintenance program could be beefed up. Particularly at $330/night.

Room 233 air conditioning doesn’t seem to work right. Thermostat never got below 76 degrees. The bed was absolutely hard as a board and made a loud creaking noise every time you moved around. Driving up from work in south Texas, I did not arrive until about midnight. The woman working the desk treated me like I was intoxicated or something. Was very rude and talked to me as if I was intoxicated which was not the case at all. Having to drive 6hrs after working 12hrs can have its toll ya especially traveling. Fast forward to 330am I’m sweating so bad laying bed I just got up and packed my things and left. Stopped at the desk to check out but was never greeted. Also the elevators only work to take you up. You have to call the desk to have the elevator sent up to your floor. Otherwise you have to use the stairs.

Terrible Place!!!

We got there excited to swim before our event int he evening and we were informed that the pool was closed and the elevator were working properly. We decided to check into pour rooms anyway and our door was not locking for security (dead bolt) broken. Kids were upset and well as all the adults, so we waited for the bar to open at 5pm and at 6pm they informed us that the bar would not open that day (Saturday) because the bartender called in. We left for our event and when we came back we needed to shower before bed and there was absolutely NO HOT WATER! We laid in bed frustrated and the bed spread smelled like mold. Overall the worse place I've ever stayed at ever! and I travel a lot with not once complaining about anything but this place was a ridiculous joke. We asked to speak to the manger and we were told that she's off on weekend so no one could help us with a refund. I called her today Monday to tell her about our experience and she has yet to return my call after leaving 2 messages.
