We really appreciated the staff and service at this Hilton Homewood suites location. They were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were exceptionally clean and the breakfast was very good. The area around the hotel had lots of shopping and places to eat. We did not have to travel very far for anything we needed. 10/10 would recommend staying here.

The hallway is messy, right almost in front of our room-there’s crumbs of chips everywhere. Checking in was a bit hard, Susan was not very helpful-she just said you need to check online, and we struggle to check in online as we used 3rd party to booked it. Had to come back another time, good thing Amanda was very helpful, taught us how to check in online. Now for a family of 6- loveseat wasn’t enough to sit and relax at the hotel. We were surprise there were dishes to use so we didn’t have to use the paper plates we packed, so it is eco-friendly but then we had a hard time with the dishwasher as it is on error-called the front desk, and it was Susan again, said she will send the Maintenance guy-waited but no one came. We waited even if we have planned activity outside of the hotel, and we waited for no one. Not so happy we just left and came home again to non-working dishwasher. There’s no bathrobes in-room at all. There’s not much stuff to play with for the kids. The pool smell so strong with the bleach, that if you are inside the pool complex, you will suffocate with the strong smell. If it smell like that so strong it means theres so much PEE on it already. So, we didn’t let our kids go on it. Otherwise the breakfast buffet was awesome.

Loved it! Great location, beautiful place! However, nothing is perfect. If I had to pick something that could be improved it would be comfort of the pillows and mattresses.

The housekeeping is only every second day, and I had to fight for that. Maid didn’t run dishwasher as they used to every day, and didn’t dump all garbages. Bed looked slept in after she’d been, and it only involves a comforter to be smoothed out.
Breakfast was so-so, and mostly Mexican. No Mexicans within a hundred miles of hotel.
The one bright spot was the lady who checked us in. She bent over backwards to correct any problems, and told every I guest I saw her dealing with to come back if there were issues.
We have stayed here multiple times over 14 years. Likely stay elsewhere for next trip to Kalispell. Early October is fantastic for weather. BTW.
