房间入住时很脏。前台反应很慢。
酒店位于市中心黄金地段，距离16街购物中心仅一个街区。您可以轻松搭乘免费巴士前往国会大厦和联合车站。酒店干净整洁，早餐丰盛美味。唯一不足之处是希尔顿App的聊天功能似乎无人值守。我通过*******预订，但无法通过App选择房间。而且房间内没有像*******网站上描述的那样提供浴袍。
早餐确实不错。但是，我们入住的那晚酒店一直没水。我们要求提供瓶装水，结果等了45分钟才拿到。最后他们只给了我们一些积分作为补偿。
设施不错，工作人员也很友好。我们把车停在附近一个有保安的停车场，三晚只要25美元。你可以在ParkHero上找到它！
