The rooms had lots of space, great if u needed handicapped accessible. Great breakfast food and choices, Great staff. Comfortable all around, access to many things around the city.

The toilet ran all night and then in the morning the toilet clogged. Tried to call the front desk, but the phone in the room didn’t work. No dial tone whatsoever. Went down to get a plunger, plunged the toilet for an hour, still didn’t unclog. Had to go to lobby to use the restroom.

TV didn’t work when I got to the room. Had to play around with connection on back of TV and the input and finally got it working.

I actually didn't end up staying here. But the guy at the front desk was so nice. Unfortunately the pool was not open due to construction and that was the only reason we were staying in a hotel. We ended up going somewhere else and I promise it was not as good as it would have been at the Hampton. Bummer for us. But I am very grateful to the guy workings kindness in letting me cancel so I could treat my kids to a swim adventure even if it wasn't with them.

Bathroom was not clean. The air conditioner made way too much noise something rattling in it.

Cabinet doors banged when you walk through the room. The cabinetry was not set up properly.

The room was clean and as I need a handicap room had plenty of space for me to get around unlike previous handicap rooms I have stayed in. I primarily use a walker to get around but brought my scooter on this trip as well as my walker. While my scooter stayed in my dads van while we were there I would have had plenty of room to bring my scooter in the room. The bathroom was huge and easy to get around in. The only things that could have made the room better would be if the bathroom had a few more grab bars and the handheld shower hose was longer.
