The room was clean and comfortable bed. Due to renovation we didn’t have access to the pool. But overall stay was excellent.

I actually didn't end up staying here. But the guy at the front desk was so nice. Unfortunately the pool was not open due to construction and that was the only reason we were staying in a hotel. We ended up going somewhere else and I promise it was not as good as it would have been at the Hampton. Bummer for us. But I am very grateful to the guy workings kindness in letting me cancel so I could treat my kids to a swim adventure even if it wasn't with them.

Bathroom was not clean. The air conditioner made way too much noise something rattling in it.
Cabinet doors banged when you walk through the room. The cabinetry was not set up properly.

Run down, extremly noisy and the front desk doesn’t answer the phone when you call down there.

Two nite stay
TV remote was defective despite staff adding new batteries twice as well as resetting the remote in the room. Every other day housekeeping-NOT a fan and not advertised on website. Deceptive.

Okay for one night
Only one elevator working during remodel. Very noisy all night, not sure if it was other people with pets. Breakfast was fair.

The pillows were soo comfortable, the bed was hard. The upgrades were still in progress so they provided my family with a room were the curtains were too small for the room and light was pouring in at the crack of dawn. I did bring this to the attention of the staff, which nothing was done for toys $143.00 dollar room we check in at 2:00 check out 10:00am, not even 24hrs
