Staff were amazing. Front desk staff were warm welcoming. The staff at the breakfast area were welcoming and made my family feel at home. The room and bedding were clean and comfortable. The environment atmosphere were above and beyond.

Rooms were not ready at check in time 1 hour late not just me whole lobby full of people in same situation was there for Gold Star Ceremony was late due to rooms not ready most of the check in crew were rude to all of us

Sometimes this takes us a little extra time. I am also sorry you felt the front desk staff was rude to you. It is our mission to make sure our guests feels at home and welcomed.

All the staff were absolutely outstanding. Charlie, in particular, was beyond fantastic. Professional, courteous, helpful,very friendly…they made you feel like you were known to them, like family, forever. I’ve stayed in many hotels throughout my personal and professional life, and this had to be THE BEST experience I’ve ever had. The hotel was so clean and in order. A very peaceful stay. And let me add once again, ALL the staff were over the top, helpful, and so friendly. PERFECT stay at The Hampton Inn Columbus, GA, South Fort Benning. Whoever owns/manages this property should be grateful for all their employees there. Our stay was August 20-22, 2025.

Had to change rooms since our bathroom sink didn't work, the rooms were clean and staff friendly and helpful. The pool was closed down our first night so the kids were disappointed. They reopened it the next day.

Property was nice, clean, convenient... Felt like it was a bit overpriced, but it was my first time in the area, nothing to compare. Front desk staff was young and not friendly or helpful and often away from the desk. Asked for help with the guest laundry (uses an app that didn't seem to be working). Her short answer was, "don't know anything about that" then turned and walked away.

Staff did not check on the status of our room. Garbage or towels. We changed our garbage daily and had to ask for new towels. The bed was like a rock. Most of the time, no one was assessable at the front desk if you had questions. We had to wait 15 mins to check in (Eve) and no one came to check out (MN).
