Twice a year, we have stay at this this location a week at a time. We've booked 45 plus nights each year. The reason: The Hotel staff is incredible. They are always professional, helpful, cheerful and go way beyond the "expected" level of support. Even with the computer issues they faced during out stay, they maintained their professionalism and support! The front desk staff, Scott, Karen, Aaron, CiCi, Hazel, a staff of this caliber as the face of their property! Max

What is going on with the resrvtn prcss? We've had 3 diff't friends, for 3 different visits try to make rsrvtns. Always told to call back the next week. Or the online system says not available. End up staying at the hotel down the road. What a loss for them! Have friends trying to make reservations for November 2 days ago. Told to call back next week...??

This is our 3rd stay at this location. Like the previous 2, the room was clean. Check-in was a breeze (we love Ci Ci at the front desk). There's really nothing negative to say and I'm pretty confident we'll stay here again next year when we're up this way. One observation: While there are plenty of outlets, there are no USB ports. Don't forget your adapters/power strips.

The rooms were horrible! We didn’t know who the staff was because they weren’t in uniforms.The breakfast was horrible. But one positive was the front Desk Aaron was sweet and accommodating. The pool stairs were falling apart. The mattresses were disgusting.

The service I received at the Hampton Inn in Fayetteville, Tennessee, was phenomenal. A special call out to Karen and Jeremy. I had to have a tele-health conference with a doctor at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, Nashville, TN. I live in Huntsville, AL. The doctors at Vanderbilt are not licensed to work in Alabama (even for a tele-video conference!) so for the conference I had to be in Tennessee. I drove to Fayetteville and stopped at the Hampton Inn on Redstone Drive. Karen and Jeremy were working the front desk. I asked if I could use the lobby and the Wi-Fi for my call. They were both so gracious and helpful. They said “yes” and proceeded to help me sign in to the Wi-Fi and let me use a conference room for privacy. I was in a difficult situation and they both helped me. I truly appreciated them. With this kind of service, you can be sure that a stay at the Hampton Inn in Fayetteville, TN, will be a pleasure.

I am typically a Marriott guy as I am a Bonvoy Ambassador/Titanium for Life. There were no Marriott options nearby, so I booked the Hampton Inn. The place was updated, comfortable and very clean. Aaron at the front desk went over and above for me during my visit. He was awesome! Thank you for your professionalism and attention to detail, Aaron. Much appreciated.

Great people. Everyone I have met here has been the best. Room was clean and neat. Breakfast is always great with some very nice ladies there. I have stayed here many many times and have never had any complaints. Good for work traveling or family events.

This is the most disgusting hotel I’ve had the displeasure of staying at. Upon checking in my first room had wrappers on the floor and upon pulling the sheets back there were wrappers and hair in the bed, along with stains. I called the front desk and was given a new room. Sans wrappers, this room was hardly better. Every wall was covered in brown splattered stains and the tile was greasy and blackened my socks within minutes. Upon laying in bed a stink bug crawled onto the sheets next to me. I checked out the next morning instead of staying the 2nd night as planned as I would rather drive 6 hours in the dark home than spend another night here.
