Made the reservation online assuming the pictures and overview on their website was accurate. Not all true once we arrived at 1pm, terrible greeting at the front desk, no welcome just you have to come back in 2 hours. No elevator to the second floor and the clerk was not sure about the suite we had booked. Also the hotel location is hard to find and is surrounded by junk cars, and old vending machines on the property. There were to vagrants going through the dumpster beside the hotel on the property while we were there. Went online and called to cancel the reservation. Of course we were charged anyway for $130.00 and 5000 points. I would highly recommend not contacting and or staying anywhere near this Blythe, CA Best Western hotel.

Avoid at all cost they will pick your card then blame you !! Yes it's a dump after you anger them but questioning them overxand over they retaliate by refusing to provide wash cloths, coffee packs ice clean fitted sheet stating we don't have any " my husband is disabled massive stroke no wash cloths in room on arrival sheets didnt fit they refused him basic daily needs they kept saying we don't have any I did not sleep.much because we were afraid they would do something to our truck also when we were gave a discussion about confirmation notes payment departed etc I went to get cash they call the law. Nothing done no.report they didn't even talk to me I walk in they leave stated" were out of here" I guess more intimidation from managervbecause she wanted to kick us out and NOT honour the agreement I had made the night before that was one notes on my account

I had a very nice stay at this property Clean comfortable room Clean room and bathroom Comfortable bed Carpeted floor High speed internet was fast Not at all dated Would get more points if pool and jacuzzi was working (pool area was in disrepair - looks to be non operational for years)

Bedsheets soiled and stain, pillows stained with lipstick. Left hotel for better one. Manager didn’t return calls. No refund to this date. Terrible experience.

We booked this hotel for one night to catch some sleep on a long driving trip. We knew this was a budget motel and expected it to be no frills. But since it had the Best Western name on it, we also expected it to be clean and in working order with competent staff. However, it was none of those things. The air conditioning unit was broken and never fixed. The water in the room was brown/yellow out of the tap and the drinking water in the lobby ran out and was not refilled. The room was dank, musty and overly warm; without a working air unit, we could not improve that. The front desk staff's answer to all our complaints was, "We'll notify maintenance." "Maintenance" never materialized. This stay has eroded my trust in the Best Western brand. Next hotel stay, I will look elsewhere even if I have to pay more.

It is so conveniently located and has a beautiful layout with gorgeous palm trees. Perfect for a quick stop. Easy access off the freeway and plenty of choices for food. Very friendly and caring staff who ensured that all the needs were met.

Great location! Unfortunately hotel has multiple issues. Floors not vacuumed, internet not working, no Ice. Pool not working. Most of the rooms are not occupiable due to I'm assuming poor upkeep. Tarps on roof signifying theres roof damage not being repaired.

One of the worst places we’ve stayed at ever. The only thing clean in the room was a bed and tables. Bedside lamps were unplugged when we arrived so had to pull back the mattress to plug them into the only plug available. Was disgusted with the dirt back there which included what looked like mouse droppings. Breakfast included is advertised nonexistent. The young lady at the desk was very pleasant and apologetic even though it wasn’t her fault. Best Western needs to do better than this!

Do not stay at this place in Blythe, keep driving. They offered nothing, & believe me , you got nothing. Except out $100.00...Pulling up we should have know & turned around & left, but we were tired from the long drive
