It was convenient location for visiting family. It had clean modern updated rooms. Coffee in the room was great for morning and breakfast was good. Beds were comfortable and it was really a great hotel. We booked rooms already for Christmas.

Travelled out west for customer, first time this far west. Got 2 rooms. Neither room was very clean. Cracked and missing pieces in the bathtub (assume it was an overlay). Stains on the sheets and duvet cover. Chair in room was broken down. Lights would turn on and off of their own accord.
While there (5 nights) 4 nights in a row it sounded like the room next door was doing remodeling. Loud bang noises, thumps, crashes. Multiple hours into the early morning (2-3 am).
Staff was friendly. Breakfast was normal hotel breakfast and available right on time.

Room was nice and clean. We didnt have the best experience at the beginning. I called the night before if we could do early check in and i was told 2pm would be fine. We stopped by before 2p and we couldnt check in until after 3p they had nothing available.
We also wanted to use the bathroom and it was locked and the gentleman said it was only open during breakfast time... other than that everything was great

The stay at the property was fine. Staff was attentive and very professional. The handicapped parking is a little odd with steep inclines so I did not park there.

My room was near the ice machine. People were using it late at night (2AM) and early in the morning (5AM). Woke me up every time.

我通常住在卡尔顿奥克斯 (Carlton Oaks)，但这是我第一次住在贝斯特韦斯特 (Best Western) 酒店。工作人员很棒，早餐的氛围很轻松。
马桶……坏了💦冲水不正常。我用蹩脚的英语向前台投诉，他们说会修，但没有修好。我不得不借用别人家房间的厕所，非常不方便。
太恶心了。这家店怎么能挂着Best Western的牌子，真是个谜。赶紧吊销特许经营执照！
