Great location along the River walk and downtown. Unfortunate under construction so there is no lobby and just a single person with one computer working at the “front” desk. Only 1 elevator working, which wasn’t an issue for us but a busier time would have made this a pain. But staff friendly and making the best of the situation. Will still return and look forward to the new hotel

Construction entrance congested with only one person checking in. Several guests in line .
Pillows not good . Too fluffy and deflate to flat. I’m glad I brought my own pillow.
Fridge did not get beverages cold.
Beds comfortable . Nice view. Shower water HOT!

Having Crave at the hotel was so convenient. Also, this property is within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. It's undergoing renovation which we were unaware of but it does badly need it as the rooms are passable but needs upgrades.

Friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Nice convenient free parking garage for guests. And an AMAZING restraunt inside.

I liked the room and the downtown area. Very walkable to see Sioux Falls. The hotel; however, is under construction and will be changing names (no longer a Hilton). There was only one elevator in service for a large hotel and many of the amenities were unavailable because of construction.

Nice for a quick stay.
The hotel was under construction, so hoping remodeling takes care of the rooms also. The tiles on the balcony were all loose, the ceiling was badly peeling in the bathroom, a lot of the light switches didn’t do anything, and the mini fridge didn’t cook even when turned down.

they didnt not disclose that the property was under construction at the time of making the reservation. however, they did take some money off the rate, but promised construction would not start until 10 am. work and banging was heard at 7:45 am
